All our products are handmade in a cottage food operation with a permit issued by the Los Angeles county. We typically ship only Mon-Wed, so that the product can reach you in time before the weekend. Our products are shipped using thermal bubble wrap and non-toxic cold packs to ensure the product is intact at time of receipt.
